Governance and Compliance Framework:

• Registered Entity: GroWorth Trust (IT001316/2023(T)) operates as a South African non-profit trust under transparent governance and financial oversight.

• Fund Utilization: 100% of tagged contributions are allocated to verified Micro-Enterprises (MEs) to access Linkedio’s digital content generation, marketing, and automation tools.

• Operational Allocation: 10% of all contributions are reserved for GroWorth Trust’s liquidity and compliance account to ensure sustainable delivery, monitoring, and reporting.

• Transparency & Reporting: Each funding initiative includes full traceability through Linkedio’s impact-tracking dashboard, providing funders with verified reporting suitable for ESG, SED, and development program compliance.

• Non-Custodial Model: Linkedio and GroWorth Trust do not retain funds for profit; all contributions are distributed or tokenized as per the trust’s allocation model.

• Verification: Funded Micro-Enterprises and project activities are validated through GroWorth Trust’s internal audit and social impact governance frameworks.
