GroWorth Growth Donations enable individuals and organizations to contribute directly to GroWorth Trust’s mission of empowering Micro-Enterprises (MEs) across South Africa through Linkedio’s AI-driven business enablement services.

Each donation supports the continued expansion of Linkedio’s service delivery to under-resourced Micro-Enterprises, helping them access automation, marketing, and growth tools at no cost.

Compliance and Governance Framework:

• Registered Entity: GroWorth Trust (IT001316/2023(T)) operates under nonprofit principles with transparent governance.

• Donation Purpose: All donations fund the allocation of ioTokens to verified MEs for content generation, marketing, and business automation access.

• Transparency & Reporting: Donors receive access to impact reports via Linkedio’s donation tracking dashboard.

• No Custody of Donor Funds: Linkedio and GroWorth Trust do not hold funds for profit; all contributions are processed through approved payment channels and allocated as described.

• Tax & Compliance: Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. GroWorth Trust operates within applicable South African trust and nonprofit regulations.

• Accountability: 10% of tagged donations are allocated to GroWorth’s operational liquidity account as per our published governance model.
